Lift Monitor
This protocol ensure lift teams are checking in and out whenever they come to do their jobs. As well the SOP includes ticket management protocols: 1. owners reporting lift issues 2. tickets are created by MO 3. Lift team is informed about the ticket 4. Lift team rectify the issue and 5. Lift team update ticket status 6. MO update owners about the job done.
Security OPS
Roll call update SOP and Defect capture management protocols.
Cleaning OPS
This SOP and protocol let the cleaners work based on digital cleaning tracking. In this way the Management will know exactly what cleaner has done what cleaning job at what location.
